About

Chef Renee Giallonardo

Some of my fondest, most joyful memories occurred in the kitchens of my grandmothers. I grew up in an Italian family where the emphasis on the quality ingredients, family recipes and cultural traditions was present in every meal.

While biking and eating my way through Italy and France throughout my twenties I learned that food needn’t be overly complicated in order to be extraordinary. When not in the kitchen, I can undoubtedly be found outside, usually on a bicycle, often in running shoes, or on skis, but always enjoying the mountains.

Food is my tangible expression of love, just ask my friends and loved ones. There is nothing better than coming together around a table to share stories, laughter, and to make new memories.
