Several summers ago, a culinary opportunity fell into my lap and it didn't take long before I realized that creating delicious food for clients was my dream job. This inspired me to continually perfect the art of cuisine, attend culinary school and make a very positive career change. No matter the occasion, I am here to take care of all of the culinary details so that you can enjoy your friends and family.

“Renee takes the nutritional necessity of dinner and turns it into an elevated experience. I worked with Renee for a ski group trip to Wildflower Lodge in Jackson. The 12-person group had an array of dietary restrictions and requests. Some of the dinners she planned for us included a tour of Wyoming meats (including elk, bison, and beef), an Italian night with pasta and a variety of seafood, and (my favorite) a black-tie plated dinner with lamb chops and lava cake for dessert! She took our ideas and turned them into entertaining and delectable dining affairs.

Renee’s cooking exceeds even the top restaurants in Jackson, but that is not the only reason she is so unique. She makes cooking an act of entertainment, engaging with guests while the food is being prepared. There were many times that my group discussed how thankful we were that once the skiing was done, all we had to do was go home to a drink and an amazing meal from Renee.

I highly recommend Renee, especially if you are traveling to Jackson with a group. Reservations can be difficult to manage, and keeping the group on schedule can be even harder. Renee works with each client to ensure the meals are delicious, entertaining, and on your own schedule. She helped us avoid many headaches of corralling people for dinner in town, and she helped us create many beautiful memories of delicious dinners shared with friends.”
